OUR STORY
In August 2002 Mr Didier.F.BASSE Australian F&B consultant, came up with a
brand new concept of restaurant, it was the result of more than 20 Year experience
as executive chef. Praline was acclaimed as
the best dessert restaurant in
Jakarta.

OUR CONCEPT
Praline is the first restaurant in Indonesia serving the authentic French Brittany
crepe
based on buckwheat flour which is a highly protein contained cereal.
A specific menu of buckwheat and sweet crepe and home made ice cream adds a
distinctive character to the concept

OUR DESIGN
The universe of Praline is reminiscent of the splendor and glamour of the turn of the
century cabaret and
bistro outlet in Paris. Praline is a journey in the realm of the
senses and the aesthetic so particular of a Parisian interior. It is romantic and warm
without any sense of arrogance
